About Me
Hi I’m Heather-intuitive guide quantum healer and multidimensional soul coach. I created Sleepy Moon Soulworks as a sacred space for healing, awakening, and soul remembrance. Here, I support you in reconnecting with your truest essence-the version of you that spans lifetimes, dimensional and beyond.
My own awakening journey has taken me through layers of deep healing-past life recall, ancestral patterns, starseed memories, and energetic initiations that changed everything. As I moved through each threshold, I felt the call to help others do the same. To hold space for soul level healing and multidimensional remembering.
I’m trained in quantum healing hypnosis technique (QHHT) and beyond quantum healing (BQH). I work within the akashic field to uncover and release soul wounds, karmic loops, and ancestral echoes. I offer sessions, programs, and readings, and personalized support for those navigating awakening and multidimensional living.
To me, healing isn’t about fixing…it’s about remembering. I believe we are all whole, even in our unraveling. My role is to walk beside you, gently guiding you back to the voice of your soul-the one that already knows the way.
When I’m not in session, you’ll find me under the stars with my labrador Bristol, writing in moonlight, or handcrafting soap with sacred ingredients and intention. I am a mystic, a dreamer, and a truth seeker- always guided by spirit and the cosmos.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)
QHHT is a powerful method of deep hypnosis created by Dolores Cannon, designed to access the subconscious (or higher self) for guidance, insight, and healing. In this session, you’ll be gently guided into a theta state-a deep relaxed brainwave frequency where your soul’s memories, past lives, future visions, and multidimensional wisdom come forward.
This work is sacred. It opens doorways to parts of yourself that you may have never accessed and often reveals:
-past life origins of present-day patterns
-soul contracts and karmic loops

Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH)
BQH is a powerful, flexible form of deep conscious work. It draws on the same theta state journey as QHHT. This hypnosis method is energetically healing. Because it’s done remotely it meets you wherever you are, in whatever phase of your awakening. What can unfold during a BQH session:
